Obituary

  George Walter Breniser of Edgewater went to be with the Lord on May 29, 2012 after a long illness. George grew up in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended West Catholic High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and proudly served the United States of America in the Korean War. He also had a career as an Electronics Technician for Martin Aircraft in California.   George enjoyed golf, fishing, painting, and drawing. He is survived by his loving wife of seven years, Carmen Jara-Breniser, and his step-daughter, Jeovhanny Melendez Jara. He is also survived by his daughters from a former marriage, Lisa Familetti of Narberth, PA, Cynthia Roscioli of Bryn Mawr, PA, Stacey Konieczny of Havertown, PA, and predeceased by his son, Mark George Breniser.  George also had twelve grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a brother, and a sister.     .
