Obituary
Glenn Charles Ehrhart passed away on October 22, 2017 after a lengthy battle with multiple cancers including leukemia. He is survived by his wife Deborah, son Jeffrey (Katheleen), 2 grandchildren Josephine “Josie” (8) and Rylan (7). They had previously lost their youngest son, Stephen, in 2001 and know that Glenn is with him now.
Glenn started out his career as a mail carrier and then worked for Culligan Water for 36 years. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He loved playing with his grandkids. Whether it was teaching them how to fish or reading bedtime stories, he loved being Grandpa Glenn. His hobbies included golfing, fishing and sitting at a blackjack or poker table. He grew up in Des Plaines, IL and raised his family in Crystal Lake, IL. He and Deb moved to Florida later in life where they joined the Dreamers Section of the Cape Coral Newcomers club and met new friends.

Friends are invited to the Ehrhart’s home on October 28, 2017 at 2 pm for an open house to gather and exchange memories. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Anthony Rizzo Foundation (rizzo44.com) which helps raise money for children and their families battling cancer.
