Obituary

Helen Thrower of Fort Myers, Fl., 64, went to be with her parents in heaven on November 11, 2018 at Hope Hospice, surrounded by her family after a sudden illness.

Helen was born September 5, 1954 in Pontiac, Michigan.  She attended Waterford High School and retired from the United States Postal Services as a mail carrier.

She is survived by her husband: Frank Thrower, her children:  David Voll (Stacey), Kelly Richardson (Lenny), Cody Thrower, and her loving puppy Mattie.  Her grandchildren: Derek, Noah, Ella, Jada, and Olivia. Sisters: Carol Arthur (Gerald), Mary Roemer (Glenn), Sally Johnson (Terry), Brother: David Rodgers (Brenda).  Mother – in Law Martha Thrower, Brother in law Jim Thrower (Alice), and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her Parents: Gene and Mary Rodgers.

There will a celebration of life on Sunday November 18, 2018 from 2pm to 6pm at her home in Fort Myers Shores, Florida. Friends and family are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Helen to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
