Obituary
Henri George Ruest, 78, of Belleview, FL passed away February 28, 2017. He was born in West Warwick, RI to Noel and Fleur Auge (Charbonneau) Ruest. Henri had several careers is his life. He worked for American Tourister in RI for 28 years, Bradford Soap Works also in RI for 14 years and most recently in the Marion County Health Department and Courthouse for about 11 years before retiring. He served 6 years in the Rhode Island National Guard, moved to Marion County in 1997 and enjoyed watching his beloved New England sports teams, the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. He also enjoyed deer hunting and fishing, going to flea markets and yard sales and trips to Biloxi now and then for a little fun. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Virginia Ann Ruest; daughter, Doreen and son-in-law John Szylin II of Ocala and granddaughter, Amanda Sellers. I believe this is how Uncle Henri lived his dash. He lived for and loved his wife Virginia and daughter Doreen, and grandchild, Amanda. They were his life, completely.
