Jon, your Grandad was a man of service and honor. He lived an amazing life and will be missed by all. When I would see him, he always had a wittiness to him as he put all those beautiful puzzles together. I know how much he meant to you by all the stories you shared, from when he was lost with your Dad in the woods to when he worked on the semi-trucks to how he made your childhood unforgettable. I am forever thankful for having the chance to get to know him. May you find comfort in the memories you have. With heartfelt sympathy.

    Grandad
To my last hero, a man who helped make me the man I am today. From changing truck tires to changing oil to building the house in Mississippi we sure we're pretty inseparable.
I thank you for the big part you played in my life. All the time you spent with me is cherished forever. You were always there for me with kind words or a helping hand. I will miss you everyday but I know you are with Grammy now and probably planning a hunting trip with my dad, just don't get lost this time.haha. I know you will still watch over me til we meet again. You are the greatest man I ever knew . I love you

    Forever with me
    Jon
