Irene Stasunskas Rodak, 95 years young, passed away Monday, October 6, 2014 at Cornerstone Hospice in The Villages, FL. She was born to John Strasunskas and Julia Dudowicz of Lithuania. Her childhood was spent in Lithuania for 17 years but being a American citizen her parents made her come to America for a better life. She began her life in Norwood, MA, having two girls Irene Gulla and Ruth Solimini, son, Frank Rodak, Jr. She loved her six grandchildren and four great grandchildren, one brother, and nieces in Lithuania. The summers were spent in Norwood, MA and the winters in Florida and Arizona. A classy and beautiful soul will be missed. Enjoy your new adventure.
