Obituary
James, “Jim” J. Buckley Jr., of Orlando, FL, passed away peacefully in his home on January 5, 2022 of natural causes at the age of 88.
James was born October 9, 1933 in Staten Island, NY to parents James J. Buckley and Mildred C. Buckley. Shortly after graduation he enlisted in the United States Air Force and after his service started his own air conditioning business and later became armed security before retiring.
He is survived by his wife of over 57 years, Maureen McCarthy Buckley, their children Kim Ferguson, James Buckley Jr. and Patricia Garlow, her husband Daniel Garlow and grandchildren, Brian, Christopher (deceased), Zachary, Thomas, Danielle and Sydney.
James is also survived by two children from his first marriage, James Buckley Jr., Catherine Catullo and her husband Richard Catullo.
James always enjoyed spending time with his family, going on vacations, good food and antique car shows. He was very loved and will be greatly missed by many.
His memorial service is set for January 14, 2022 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm at Baldwin Brothers, 1654 North Semoran Blvd
