Obituary
James Patrick Driver, a long time resident of New Smryna Beach passed away peacefully on November 29,2021 at the age of 73. Pat was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and is survived by his loving wife Carron, his daughter Heather, two grandchildren, Daniel Kai Roche and Lauren Roque, and one great granddaughter Alessandra Mia Roque. And loving pet for 13 years his Labordoddle, Floozie.
Pat was born in Selma, Alabama. He attended Texas A&M where he played basketball and graduated with a business degree. He was an avid sports fan and was a dedicated fan of LSU, Texas A&M and the Tampa Bay Bucs.
As a long time resident of NSB his community involvement was extensive. Pat was a member of The Smyrna Yacht Club where he became involved in the membership entertainment committee, and was recently elected to the Board.
Pat loved his community serving as Commodore of the Boat and Ski Club, member of Kiwanis Club, Board Chairman Fundraising for Advent Hospital foundation and sat on the Executive Board of Advent. He helped form Citizens for Smart Growth of NSB, and was instrumental in several fund raising functions including The community Holiday Charity Ball, Strike It Rich, and River Hootennanny.

Pat will be remembered at a service Sat Dec 18th at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 1003 Turnbull Street, New Smyrna Beach, Fl.
