It was indeed a pleasure for me to have known Jean for the past 13 years as a member of one of the water exercise classes that Jean religiously attended three times each week - even after her health had begun to fail - and well beyond the point when anyone else would not have had the dogged determination to continue! From the small corner of The Villages world from which I knew Jean, I learned so much about all of her family as she so joyously shared so much about the love and joy that she felt for all of you. Her loyalty and dedication was shared and appreciated in every corner of her life and by every individual who was blessed to have known her. She was never shy about stepping up and volunteering wherever there was a need. It was clear to me from the first moment I met her that she was, and probably always has been and will be, an extremely positive force of nature that will exist in our memories forever. We at the La Hacienda Sports Pool miss her and her deep British alto voice!
