Obituary

Jesse James Pitts passed away on December 22, 2020, at 32 years old. He was a loving father, husband, son, and brother.

He was born in Naples, Florida to his mother Maria O’Brien and father Alan Pitts on October 17, 1988. Jesse grew up in Florida with his younger sister, Kayla Wheeler. Jesse attended Fort Myers High School and after graduating started a family with his spouse Rochelle Chiappetta. Together they had three children. Two older girls, Chloe and Oraia, and a son, Raiden. He also had another daughter on the way, Wren, due in March 2021.

Jesse was known for being an extremely dedicated family man and a great friend. He was the type of father that would come home after working a double-shift and immediately begin playing dolls with his daughters on the floor or teach his son how to fix a sink. If there was no hot water available in the house, he would boil it on the stove so his wife could take a bath. He made sure his family knew they were loved every day.

He attended to the needs of his mother and step-father, Mark O’Brien, whenever he had a chance- such as doing yardwork for them or other tasks on Sundays. He enjoyed being around his sister, her husband, Justin Wheeler, and his nephew, Nathan Wheeler, for game nights at his home along with his close friends. He was always willing to lend a helping-hand to anyone who needed it and was known for being kind-hearted.

Above all else, he adored his girls and his son and did everything for them. He was so excited for the arrival of his new little girl and spoke to her every night.

Jesse enjoyed reading, films, games and cooking. He had a particular passion for creative writing and found interest in creating story arcs for DND campaigns. He was a natural at anything he gained interest in and was extremely intelligent. He will be missed by his entire family, his in-laws, co-workers and friends.
