Jesse Waymon Taylor 09/28/1957 — 05/17/2022
Jesse Waymon Taylor beloved father, brother, papa, uncle and friend, of Silver Springs, Florida was called home on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the age of 64.
Waymon was born in Pelham, Georgia on September 28, 1957 to Jesse Hill and Emma Jean Taylor.
He is survived by his four sons, Jesse Taylor and wife Melissa, Larry Taylor and wife Charity, Scott Taylor and Danny Taylor and fiancé’ Carrie. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jace (Bailey), Aiden, Brooke, Leland, Angel, Gunner, Brantley, and Danica. He is also survived by his brother Edward Glenn Taylor and wife Linda and sister Pamela Jean Taylor. His nephews, Chad Taylor and wife Erica, Jeffery Taylor and wife Gabby, Justin Taylor and his nieces Tanya Greer and Nikki Handy. As well as two step-grandchildren (Dakota and Destiny) and many more loving great nieces and nephews, (Brandon, Landon, Colton, Sarah, Tyler, Haley, Eathan, Emma, Chad Jr, Ashton, Roey, Austin, Noah, John, Hailey & Glenn) cousins, in-laws and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jesse Hill and Emma Jean Taylor, wife Lisa Johnson Taylor, brother Carl Taylor, sister Barbara Taylor, Kay Shirley, nephews Robbie Handy and CJ McFarland, sister-in-law Barbara Johnson and brothers-in-law Larry Johnson and Jimmy Johnson.
We are thankful for his life, the love and laughter he has given each of us throughout the years; we were blessed to have him. He is greatly missed.
The family will receive family and friends in Silver Springs, Fl on June 25th at 4:00 pm for his Celebration of Life. We are thankful for the outpouring of love to each of us.
