Obituary
Born John Thomas Molloy 1/17/37 in New York City to mother Mae and father Joseph. Passed 8/13/22. Preceded in death by parents and brother Joseph. Survived by son Robert and wife Maureen. John was a syndicated columnist distributed by the LA times and penned many best selling books including Dress for Success in 1975. He was called America’s first wardrobe engineer by “Time” magazine. John researched the psychological impact of clothing, body language, and other factors on a person’s success in business and personal life. He loved his family and never lost his sense of humor. He will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts.
Memorial service to be held at 9am September 19th at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Mount Dora. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the C.A.R.E. Foundation of Apopka.
