Pirate Payne, you were the man, I loved listening to John's story's at Palm's up pottery, the good old wild Virginia beach hobie sailing day's, in 2006 I left Palms up Pottery to move to Tenessee, John gave me a flanel shirt as a going away present, thought it was wierd it was may, well i never got to tell him but that came in handy, we moved here with only shorts and t-shits well there is a thing here in the smoky's called blackberry winter, needless to say it got cold in may! Again you were the man and hope Your sailing a golden hobie in the sky Brother. R.I.P my man!

Goodbye to a dear friend and fellow sailor. Thanks for sharing a part of your great spirit with me while here and will see you and share more with you on that great Hobie in the sky someday John.
