Joseph Harold Anderson, 65, entered the arms of his Savior, August 29, 2021 in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Joe was born on August 24, 1956 to Lloyd and Gail Anderson. As a young man Joe responded to the call to serve his country in the Navy. He did so with pride from 1984 to 1987 aboard the USS Nimitz as an Operations Specialist.

Joseph is preceded in death by his Father, Lloyd Anderson and his two precious granddaughters, Scarlett Lynn and Madelyn Grace Williamson. Joe is survived by his devoted wife, Catherine  Anderson, his beloved children, Joey Anderson and grandson Chase, Heather (Austin) Williamson and Melissa Anderson, his mother Gail Mattingly, sisters Teresa (Les) Williams and Ida (Scott) Bailey, and many nieces and nephews.

Joseph’s laughter was infectious and his tender heart was a beautiful reflection of his Heavenly Father’s heart. Hunting and fishing brought him great joy as did quality time with dear friends and family.

Remember him fondly, we will. Deeply loved, he will always be.

A memorial service will be held on September 18th at 3p.m. at Edgewater Alliance Church,  310 North Ridgewood Avenue in Edgewater.
