Obituary
Karen Anne Dunn, 34, of DeLand passed away on March 25. Born in Kankakee, IL, she moved to central Florida in 2009 from Sugarland, TX. Karen was a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She was faithful to God to the end, living by Psalm 13:5-6 “I trust in your unfailing love. I will rejoice because you have rescued me. I will sing to the Lord because He has been so good to me.”
Karen leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, Patrick Dunn, her beloved boys from whom she drew strength, Conor, Holden and Asher, her parents, Larry & Cathy Hanson, sister Beth & Tommy Ryan, brother, John & Holly Hanson, maternal grandparents, Richard & Mary Jones, paternal grandfather, Morris Hanson, and many loved nieces and nephews.
Karen’s family will have a celebration of her life on Wednesday, March 27 at 1:00 pm at her church, Tomoka Christian Church, 1450 Hand Avenue, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Karen Anne Dunn Revocable Trust at any Space Coast Credit Union office.
