Karen S. Lawler, 80, of Fort Myers, passed away October 10, 2019, at the Heartland Rehabilitation Center in Fort Myers, FL. Born September 2, 1939 in Chicago, IL., she was the daughter of George B. Strand and Annarose DeRosa. Karen worked as a risk manager within the medical profession numerous years prior to her retirement. Additional announcement details are forthcoming from her family.
