Obituary

Kendall Scott Wilt, 38, of Palm Coast, FL, left this earth too soon. He was born on January 21, 1979, in Ranson, WV, and is the son of Wayne and Linda Wellman of Kearneysville, WV. Kendall is a graduate of Mainland High School in Daytona Beach, FL, and worked as Chief Engineer at the Hilton Garden Inn Oceanfront Hotel in Ormond Beach, FL. Kendall enjoyed living life to its fullest and making new memories with his family, especially for his children. He enjoyed showing love for people through extravagant cooking. He loved music, reading, fishing, cooking, grilling and the outdoors. Kendall is survived by his wife Valerie, son Robbie, daughters, Korynne and Carly; his brothers, Wayne Wellman and his wife Amber of Frankford, WV, Tony Wellman and his wife Amanda of Martinsburg, WV, Matt Wellman, and Steven Wellman of Kearneysville, WV; his beloved nieces and nephews, Natilee, Madilyn, Kinsley, Aiden, Brittany, Cody, Kaden, Kameron, Wyatt, Cambria and Caleb; grandmothers Thelma Wilt and Hildred Carper; and his many aunts, uncles and cousins, all whom he was very close. He is predeceased by his uncle, James Wilt. A service of remembrance was held in Ormond Beach, FL on January 8th. An additional service will be held on January 21, 2018 in WV.
