Obituary
Kenneth Robert Jennings, 77, passed away on May 25, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Vickie Ensminger Jennings of New Smyrna Beach, FL: son Brian Jennings of Tamarac, FL; daughter Cynthia Peacock and her husband John of Natick, MA; and his sister Patricia Hatch and her partner Kyle Hedrick of Harvard, MA.
Ken graduated from Bromfield School in 1964 and was a Navy veteran serving from 1965 to 1969.
Ken spent more than 40 years as a Manufacturer’s Representative for Foodservice Equipment, following in his grandfather’s and father’s footsteps. He spent 30 years as the President and Principal of Hatch-Jennings, Inc. in Harvard, MA and 11 years as V.P of Sales with Finn Marketing Group in Oldsmar, FL, working 6 of those years with his son, Brian.
In retirement, Ken and Vickie enjoyed motorhoming and spent several years traveling the country with great friends. Ken was active in local Navy Veteran groups and enjoyed serving his community as the HOA President. Most of all, Ken loved spending time with his family reminiscing about his travels and life experiences. He will be greatly missed.
Ken will be laid to rest at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in a military service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org).

I am so sorry to hear of Ken’s passing. He was a loyal and well thought of shipmate of our Florida Navy Sailors Association. He was our yeoman and during covid published our scuttlebutt news letter to help keep our fellow shipmates entertained.
Ken
May you have fair winds and following seas

We are so sorry to hear of Ken’s passing. You both were great neighbors and we have such fond memories of our neighborhood fun and driveway drinking. Not the same without you two! Thinking of you,
