Obituary
Kristyn Lee Freche passed away Friday, June 21 after a long illness.
Kristyn was born in Crown Point, Indiana on August 20, 1980. She and her family moved to Fort Myers when she was 6 years old where she grew up. Kristyn attended Heights Elementary School, Cypress Lake Middle School and Cypress Lake High school where she was a Hornet Cheerleader, and Varsity Cheerleader and played softball. She made many, many friends during those years. Kristyn has worked in the hospitality industry since high school, at various restaurants around the area. Kristyn always made people laugh and had the most beautiful, infectious smile.
Kristyn is preceded in death by her dear grandfathers “Pawkee” and Eugene Freche, grandmothers Patsy Freche and Frances Kitchen. She is survived by and will be dearly missed by her daughter Aaliyah Hunter, parents Treva Gunter-Mills and Donald Freche, her much loved brothers Chad Sullivan and Brian Freche and sissy, Alyssa Wilson, her stepfather Norman Mills, her fiance David Halstead, her best friend for almost 30 years Kendra Kimbrough, Aunts,Uncles and cousins.
A celebration of Kristyn’s life will be held sometime in the near future. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hope Hospice at Healthpark, Fort Myers, FL.
