Letha Lynn Adams (nee Minthorn), aged 68, passed away at home, surrounded by her family, on January 16, 2024, in Titusville, Florida. Born on October 21, 1955, in Chicago, Illinois, she was the esteemed daughter of Elmer and Katherine Minthorn, who preceded her in death, as well as her in-laws H.E. and Pauline Adams.

A proud graduate of Titusville High School, Class of 1973, Letha furthered her education with an Associate’s degree from BCC Cocoa AA. Her career was marked by a strong work ethic and dedication, remembered by many for her time delivering the Star Advocate and her service at local establishments including McCrory’s and Cooks on Cheney Highway, before retiring from Kmart.

Letha’s love for yard sales was well known. A hobby that she enjoyed every week with her friend Beulah Hager. These excursions for hidden gems were a highlight of her weekends and a source of many cherished memories. Letha was also an avid gardener.

She leaves behind her husband, Houston Eugene Adams; her brother, Michael Minthorn (Evelyn of Napanee, Ontario); her sister, Gail Gibson (Jim); stepsons, David and Brian Adams; nieces, Emily Minthorn and Jillian Gibson; nephews, Evan Minthorn and Jarrod Gibson and grandchildren Sophie and Patrick, as well as a multitude of cousins and aunts.

The family has entrusted Baldwin Brothers Cremation to assist with arrangements. A celebration of life will be held at a later date, where friends and family can come together to honor her memory. Donations in her honor can be made to Vitas Healthcare (Hospice), 1901 Jess Parish Ct. Titusville, FL 32796 or Space Coast Feline network, PO Box 624 Cocoa, FL 32923
