Louraine Helen Vitiello of Orlando, Florida passed away on October 3, 2014. Louraine was born on January 25, 1935 in Newark, New Jersey to Vincent Vitiello and Mercedes Miller. She grew up in Union, New Jersey with her sisters Florence and Patricia and her brother Vincent. She married Philemon S. Resos in 1954 and travelled the world as a United States Air Force spouse. She married Thomas W. O’Dell in 1974 and earned an accounting degree. She retired from the State of Florida Department of Children and Family Services in 2000. Her interests included travelling, sewing, and knitting. She won several awards for her knitting entries in the Central Florida State Fair, including best in show. She is survived by her children: Laura Ann Resos Bushwitz, Jonathon Christopher Resos, David Jay Resos, Mark Resos, Paul Resos, Noelani Resos Hendryx, and Jason Winston O’Dell. She has eleven grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A memorial celebration will be held in the near future.
