Obituary
Lyle Dennis Dyck, 78, passed away peacefully in The Villages, FL on February 28, 2019. He is survived by his wife Louise Anke; daughters, Michelle Dyck of Redmond, WA and Lori (Dave) Ackland of Redmond, WA as well as grandchildren Ashley Littlefield and Tyler Ackland and a great grandchild, Ellie Littlefield. Lyle was born on February 11, 1941, in Nipawin, Saskatchewan to Paul and Katherine Dyck. The family moved to British Columbia in 1946 where Lyle attended grade school and Abbotsford Senior High. Lyle then went to Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska and graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree. Subsequently, he was hired by IBM which relocated him and his family to Oregon and then Seattle where they lived for many years. After his retirement from IBM, Lyle moved the The Villages where he met and spent happy years with his wife, Louise. They enjoyed and cherished many friends, social activities, and traveling. Their home always had a warm welcome for visits from out of town relatives. A celebration of life is planned for March 7, 2019 at La Hacienda Rec Center from 2 to 4 pm. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Lyle’s life. Please donate in his name to your local Cancer Center.
