'Bless the Lord', Maralee, you are continuing your 'heavenly citizenship' in heavenly places!!!
After 5 years in our Humble Believer's Bible Study of Stonecrest, Maralee will truly be missed. After 90 years on earth, Maralee has now seen the Lord, Jesus Christ, Hallelejah!!!
We'll miss her presence in the first seat, her early arrivals, her baked cakes, pies and cookies. I'm sure we all still have pens, pencils, tablets and calendars and more as reminders of our 'Maralee'. Gone now are the times that Maralee opened her house and home for our Christmas gatherings and 'send-offs'. We thank God for your 'modeling' of a peaceful 'homegoing', despite the pain that you had to bear in the end. "Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints." Psalms 116:15

I was a dear friend of Maralee Baker. My sympathy to all the family members she has left behind. Maralee was a most talented lady and a very humble lady. She never told me she had an IQ of 122!! I did know that she was a very smart lady and certainly very talented in many ways and she surely did love her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and spoke about Him often and was an example to others of His love. I will surely miss having this sweet lady in my life!!’
Family members, if Jesus is in your heart, as He was in Maralee’s heart, you will see Maralee again in Heaven!

    God bless you all!
    Barbara Popin
