Obituary
Mark passed away after a long battle with illness. The son of Samuel Grossman, DVM. and the late Charlotte Grossman, He leaves behind his wife of 39 years, Louise Zdunski Grossman, his son, Todd Buehler, and sisters, Laurel Fink and Janet Weaver. He also left behind four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Mark was a very active person with diverse interests. As a salesman in the shoe repair supply industry for 30+ years he traveled the majority of the state. He really enjoyed taking care of his customers. Outside of work, he adored his dogs, showing Whippets and Borzoi in the local as well as national competitions. He was a founding member of the Heart of Florida Borzoi Club and was instrumental in bringing the National Borzoi Club show to Florida for the first time in the club’s history. He was a member of the Lake County Republican Executive Committee and served on the board for several years. He enjoyed traveling to new places and found cruising to be a great way to learn about many different cultures. He also loved to scuba dive, exploring below the water as well as the lands above.
A Celebration of Life will be held to honor Mark on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Mission Inn Club & Resort, 10400 County Rd 48, Howey in the Hills, Florida 34737 from 2:00-4:30 pm. We would be pleased to have you join us.
We are just sorry his last couple of years were unpleasant due to his medical situations!
