I graduated from Liverpool High School with Mark I have not seen him since then. We lifted weights together a lot and he told me quite a bit about exercise and was inspiring to me. I will miss you my friend.

When I told my son, Cole LaFex, about the passing of his biological father, he broke down and said "I will never get to meet the man I never met". Very sad. I cry inside everyday for the Reagan family for they have a nephew, brother, grandson they chose not to meet.

My heart is filled with sorrow to see that Mark has passed.
Our family was blessed and honored to have known Mark.
My father was a patient at the Syracuse VA
Mark always comforted us and 'hid' in our room for lots of laughs and family time.
He spoke highly of his children and hated being separated from them. He also spoke of his father often. My father would say 'I'm dying and the only thing we can take with us are memorize let's make a good one today'
We were very proud of him in his position at the VA , he looked so handsome in his uniform and intimidating-but in our ' room ' he was family !! He often walked my sister and I to our cars. He enjoyed our cookies and pizza we shared as a family.
    May his soul RIP

To all of Marks family & friends,
I was fortunate enough to know Trista & Marky...Your dad was SO proud of you both! I have heard many stories that Mark shared with me about ALL his friends and family:). Paul: I heard a lot about Brian; just last week we were listening to music that Brian had put together on a CD for Mark. I hope to stay in touch with all of you and share many stories. I loved Mark very much and I know he was loved by all of you. Mark & I were planning a life together...he made me so incredibly happy!!! To his siblings I have met; I feel like you're now part of my extended family. Sending my love and support to all of you during this time of great sorrow. I love you Mark! xoxo Maggie

    Kelly,
So sorry to hear about Mark, I remember the countless games of baseball and football we played in the green area with Carlinos, Obrien, and the boys. He was the young one in the group but he held his own. He was a great kids, I'm sure an even better man and father. My prayers are with all of you.

Please accept our deepest sympathy in the loss of your father and brother. Mark and my son Brian Fitzmaurice were good friends all through Middle School and beyond as young adults. We thought of Mark as almost another son...hopefully he and Brian are together as we lost Brian in November of 2010.
