Obituary
Michael Carmine Domanico was 50 years old when he passed away unexpectedly August 2, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Tanya, and his only son, Justin as well as his mother, Mary Pratt, brother, Joseph, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and his beloved dogs, Max and Teddy.
Preceding him in death were his father, John, and brother, John.
Michael was born December 12, 1971 in Smithtown, New York. He grew up in New Smyrna Beach, Florida where he attended New Smyrna Beach High School, graduating with the class of 1990.
On October 26, 1991, Michael married his wife, Tanya. They were married for 31 years.
Michael worked a lot of different jobs throughout his life. He ended up owning his own flooring business, which was his passion. He took pride in his work. He was a hard worker and always provided for his family.
Michael always made time for his family; he loved being a part of his son’s sports and activities by coaching and volunteering his time. He also enjoyed fishing, kayaking and walking his dogs.
Anyone who knew Michael was touched by his kindness, humor, and his selflessness. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
We, his family, will miss him more than words can say.
Revelations 21:4 – He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry no pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.
“You never said I’m leaving, you never said goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knew why. A million times we needed you, a million times we cried. If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. In life we loved you dearly; in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place that no one could ever fill. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn’t go alone. For part of us went with you, until you come back home…”
