i did not know mike very well, in fact i never called him mike...i called him dad because that was how linda introduced him to me the first time we met. i will always remember how he would greet me at the front door when linda and i were heading to teach saturday school. how he would come out to talk to me if i stopped by to visit. he had an ever ready smile, a sense of humor that was so delightful and a loving family that misses him very much. it was an honor to know him and i will miss him very much. he was one of a kind!

    "Pappy",
So many years between working with you at First Baptist of Orlando to marrying Paul and calling you "Dad". So many memories of when we lived together for a year at "the beach house"-I will miss your grilling skills, and the salt you would leave behind on the table...But most of all, I will miss the kindness you showed to all you touched! Don't worry, Sarah will carry on the "face last" tradition. Love always, Linda (Mike's daughter in law)
