Obituary
Pasquale Salvatore Ferrara, 86, of The Villages, Florida passed away on Good Friday, April 15, 2022. Pat was born on Flag Day, June 14, 1935 in the Bronx, New York to Antonio and Maria Ferrara joining his older brother Eugene Ferrara. Pat was a lifelong Yankee fan, a self-employed master craftsman jeweler in NYC and loved roller coasters, beaches, golfing and a really good meal. He loved to listen to Sinatra and all of the great crooners of the day and did he ever love to tell stories about the good ol’ days. His family, who he raised on Briarwood Lane in Northvale, New Jersey with his beloved wife, the late great Gloria Ferrara, meant the world to him. Devoted father of the late Carmela Moscatello Mariano, Pat is survived by his adored children, Stephen Moscatello, Anthony Ferrara and Marie Ferrara Coleman. Loving father-in-law of Mark Coleman, Janice Holzman, Daniela Marquez Moscatello, Deborah Dokus and the late Fiode Michael Mariano. Cherished Poppy of Jenna Marie and Jacqueline Anne Moscatello, Carly Melissa and Jack Henry Coleman and Carmela Kai Ferrara. Beloved uncle of Diane and Rick Cassaboon, Sr and great uncle of Rick Cassaboon and Jessica Yacco. Pasquale is now reunited in Heaven with our mom whom he missed dearly, our sister, his family and many members of his lifelong Bronx crew. There are no words to describe how much he was loved by all and how much he will be missed. A memorial mass celebrating Pat’s life will be held at Saint Anthony’s Church in Northvale, New Jersey on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
