Obituary
Patricia Louise Anderson, 86, of Leesburg, Florida went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 20, 2018. She was born in Emporium, PA and lived in many places throughout her life. She married her high school sweetheart Don in 1952. Pat was a strong woman of faith and a lifelong member of The Free Methodist Church. Later in life she and Don retired to Florida and became members of The Nazarene Church in Leesburg.
She was very proud of her family, was a wonderful Grandma and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. There are fond memories of playing racko, chinese checkers, jarts, going to the movies, trips to the park, flying kites, making peanut butter with apples and cooling off with a popsicle on a swing. She truly influenced and shaped the lives of her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 66 years who never left her side, Donald Anderson; daughters Dawn Anderson (Dan), Sandra Orpel and Holly Rupert; 3 grandsons Ryan, Joshua (Danielle) and Andrew; great-grandsons Joshua and Jacob.
She is preceded in death by her brother Robert Stearns; parents George and Catherine Garrett.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
