Obituary

Polly Ann VanSumeren, of Bradenton, Florida, born Polly Ann Rudolph, died Easter morning Sunday, 3/31/24. She was 70. She had been retired for 7 years, working in retail management for most of her life, and was a highly experienced seamstress. In her middle ages she picked up tools and began remodeling and woodworking.

She looked forward to every visit from her daughter, 3 grandsons Brock, Grant, and Zane, especially her granddaughter Leah. She spent the last ten years living with her son, enjoying trips and shows together, as well as enjoying everyday life. She was able to get him into the shows she loved, Survivor, Big Brother, and Home Town, and he got her into shows like Sons of Anarchy, Mr. Robot, and Game of Thrones.

Polly was Baptist. She is survived by her son, Charles Anson of Bradenton, Florida, daughter, Christal Frees of Twin Lake, Michigan, 4 grandchildren, and her siblings, sisters Peggy Smith and Portia Rudolph, and brother David Rudolph.
