Obituary
Randy Scott Gregory, 41, of Ocala, Florida, passed away suddenly at home on August 28, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Melissa Ann Gregory; his grandparents Stan and Jane Mann and Bill and Louise Gregory; his uncle Ronald Mann, and his aunt Linda Kilday.
Survivors include his father, Kenneth W Gregory and wife Kathy of Inverness, Florida; brother, Kenneth W. Gregory, Jr. of Ten Mile, Oregon; Tamara Shows, husband Josh and three grandchildren; Aunt Jo Ann Gregory and husband Ed Burgess of Fort Pierce, Florida; Uncle Kevin Gregory and partner Larry of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Uncle Chris Mann and wife Lyn of St. Petersburg, Florida; Aunt Cindy Teekel, husband Malcom of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Aunt Debbie Fusilier and husband Michael of Lake Charles, Louisiana; and Aunt Elizabeth Mann of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by so many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Randy loved life and had so many devoted friends in the Food Service Industry, Music Industry and, especially, the Disaster Recovery Field in which he excelled. Randy was full of smirky one liners, although he lived life in constant pain in his knees and spine. The pain never stopped him from one day of work or play. As of his passing he was eighteen months sober. A hard task that made Randy and his Pops so very, very proud.
He will be missed, loved and prayed for by so many.
Baldwin Funeral Home in Ocala, Florida is taking care of the final arrangements. A celebration of life will be held this fall at the family plot located at Bluemont Presbyterian Church located on the lovely Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia. Time and date will be announced later.
