My dear friend, I will miss you every day. I look out my window and you are not there. I want to write you but you won't reply. I need to see you but you won't answer the door. The light in your room is now off after it was on every night and I knew you were there. You were a constant in my life. I always knew I could count on your shoulders to lean on. You introduced me to a great writer and kept me reading for months. You shared your movie favorites and kept me watching until sunrise. You pushed me to go back to church and were happy when I finally. You played Words with Friends with me until 3 am in the morning but I remember you saying I should change my sleeping habits but you were just the same. You were never a frail lady, you were a force to be recon with. You were bossy and loving, stern and patient, a critic with a most loving tone. I know you are in Heaven and happy and that is my consolation. You made our lives richer just for having known you. My dear friend, may you rest in peace with a choir of angels waking you up every day. I will love you always. Thank you for always being there for my family and I.

Heather and Bryon and all the grandchildren...
Your Mama, Rebecca, leaves behind so many wonderful memories of times we all shared together. One of the greatest for me was she was one of my bridesmaids in our wedding in Lake Wales. So special she was in EVERY WAY. She is NOW where we look forward to going.. we'll be together again! Our love, Van and Patsy Capps, Sanibel, Florida.

I extend my sincere condolences to Becky's family. She will be missed by many whose lives she touched and will be remembered for her love for and faithfulness to Christ, her acts of kindness and generosity. How blessed I am to have had a very special, unique friendship with Becky for more than 50 years. I miss you, “Rebecky”, but I know you are at peace. Our loss is Heaven’s gain.
