Rex Wayne Perkinson, 64 of Sanford died Wednesday, February 8, 2012 in Winter Park.  Rex was born December 11, 1947 in Paris, Illinois to the late Velva and Vivien Perkinson.  Rex worked many years in the Social Service industry.  He moved to Central Florida in 2000 from Rockford, IL.  Rex is survived by his brother, Paul M. Perkinson.  Private family services will be held
