Obituary

Richard Lane England, 76, of Leesburg Florida died Monday, July 24, 2023 at UF Health Leesburg Hospital in Leesburg, Florida.

Richard was born to the late Charles F, and Louise M. England in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 9th 1946.

Richard worked 20 years as Telecommunications Manager for Indiana/Purdue University at Indianapolis as well as 7 years personal telecom business and 16 years with Indiana Bell.

He served in the us. Army, Stationed in Germany as well as Vietnam.

Survivors include: Wife Stephanie of 54 years, Son Richard L. England Jr  and Grandchildren Charles England and Christopher England, 2 brothers and Sisters-in-law Dennis and Pam England and Paul and Cyndy England.  Two Sisters and Brother in Law Donna and Michael Richards, Sister Janet England Along with Brother In Law Willie and Debbie Jones.

No Services, But in Lieu of Flowers donations Can be made to Disabled American Veterans (DAV).

    Doug & I were sad to learn of Richard's passing. Your mutual love for each other was outstanding to all who knew both of you. His smile and gentle nature, are, and will be memorable, and God may see those treasures, as a prayer., for anytime we think of him, as he is in our hearts.
