Richard Martin Plotkin, 71, of Apopka, Florida, passed away at his residence. He was a bus driver for Orange County Schools. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Lynn Plotkin, two sons Dave and Ian Plotkin and a granddaughter Annaleigh Plotkin.
