Dick was my dearest and closest friend, besides my wife. We shared many great times discussing the newest and finest technical gadgets and software - most of which, Dick would manage to convince Michelle that he couldn't do without whatever it was that was in his radar at the time. I loved it, because Michelle and Dick would almost always donate what ever the new item had replaced to me. I think Michelle only pretended to be tough on the online orders, because she loved to see how Dick would brighten and beam with child-like enthusiasm when the item would finally arrive.
There was absolutely nothing that we couldn't discuss and share with each other and many times Dick was my "accountability" partner, usually giving some more educated thought to something I was either thinking or going through. He was quick to point out that we have a big God and He is still on the throne.
I have only a short time to see that truth come to fruition, when I see my dear brother in Heaven. God blessed us with Dick's friendship and I am looking forward to seeing him again. I love you, brother!
