Obituary

Rita Fay Louchart, 60, of Ocala died Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Estelle’s House in Ocala, FL.  She was born April 6, 1956 in Hollywood, FL the daughter of James Edward Neel and Jeanette (Peacock) Neal.  A lifetime resident of Florida she came to this area at a very young age and worked as a waitress.  She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Louchart of Ocala, FL; One daughter, Crystal Burnham of Dunnellon, FL; by three brothers:  Edward Neel of Cleveland, AL; Roy Neel of Ocala, FL; and Charles Neel of Silver Springs, FL; and by two sisters:  Wanda Fyffe and Linda Kaylor both of Ocala, FL and by two grandchildren.  Services are private.

    I am Rita's first cousin, our Moms were sisters. I loved Rita and have some good memories of her even though I didn't see her much. She was always smiling and laughing. The last time I saw her was at our other first cousin's memorial and she hugged and hugged me. Even though it was a sad occasion, I thank God I got to see and her hug again. My deepest sympathies to her daughter Crystal (I saw you a couple of times when you were little), her husband and all of her family and loved ones. To her sisters and brothers, I love you cousins.
