Obituary

Life Celebration for Roger Henry Gauthier, 88, Edgewater FL who passed November 27, 2016 will be 12:30 Wednesday, November 30 at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach FL. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time. Roger was born in Worcester, Massachusetts and served our nation in the US Navy. He worked as a boiler maker. Roger enjoyed bowling, golf, horseshoes, bocci ball, shuffle board and dancing. He is survived by his wife of 69 years Iona (nee. Davis), daughters Sharon (David) Sanders, Janice Gauthier, seven grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter Pauline Abbott. Memorial donations are requested to Halifax Health Hospice 4220 S. Ridgewood Ave Edgewater FL 32141 or Bethel Baptist Church 1407 W Enterprise Road New Smyrna Beach FL 32168.
