Obituary

It is with truly broken hearts, we say goodbye to, Rose-Marie Lefrancois, age 75 of Cape Coral, Florida, who passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022.

Rose-Marie was born in Providence, RI on May 26,1946 and raised by her loving parents, Lydia Pleau and Walter Bruce.

Rose Marie was a very devoted and loving Daughter, Mother, Grand Mother and Great Grandmother.

She was a faithful Christian, never straying from her beliefs. At no time, did she ever question God’s will.

Rose-Marie was a Jewelry supervisor for many years at several businesses in the jewelry district of Providence, RI. She was quite the artist, and enjoyed designing jewelry.

Rose-Marie spent her life sacrificing her own needs to assure her loved ones were taken care of.

She had a great sense of humor and a sarcastic-wit that few could rival. She was a master in profanity, when it was called for, but could also be the queen of nun nuns and gully gullies with the little ones.

When she was younger, she was referred to as the pretty little French girl and Gypsy Rose.

One thing was for certain, you always knew exactly where you stood with her.

She loved family gatherings, playing cards, the beach, fireworks, bingo and watching sunsets from her lanai.

Rose-Marie was a strong-willed, independent single mother and raised three independent daughters, that she loved dearly.

She had a strength that could not be matched, and she was brave beyond belief. She battled cancer multiple times for almost 20 years. The grace, will, and perseverance she possessed was tangible. She was truly and without exaggeration, a warrior. No matter the difficulties that life threw at her, she would march right through them, time and time again.

She will be missed beyond measure and loved forever by her family and friends.

Rose-Marie is survived by her threedaughters; Michelle Madieros, Jo-Ann Madieros, and Renee Lefrancois-Ross. Her five grandchildren; Kevin Madieros, Eric Lefrancois, Katie Lefrancois, Rivers Madieros and Ari Ross, and her great grandson; Jayden Beuerman. She is also survived by some dear friends and her adopted dog Zeus.

Her funeral service will be private.
