Sis Rosie and I go way back to when I was a little girl and she would come to the Pentecostal Church on 54th St and 119th St. in Miami Fl. Her testimony in later years was always about the goodness of God and how she loved the Lord. I know God healed her many times both in her body and soul. Life was often tough but she was faithful. She was so caring and wanted to help wherever she could. Sis Rosie was such a blessing to me and my mom suffering with Alzheimer’s. She knew just how to handle mom.
What wonderful memories she leaves us with and her children and grandchildren will cherish them. Many prayers for the family.
    I love you all!

So many found memories of Aunt Rosie! She was funniest and sweetest lady! My favorite memory was when i was probably 11-13 and Rosie, Robin and Jeanie where in a graduation play. The where playing like they were toddlers in a preschool comedy skit! The night of the live show she actually took out her 2 front teeth! She was so hilarious! I remember I also loved to hunt for pigs for her to add to her pig collection. Sorry Randall Gilmore, but I was her favorite (non blood relative) . She told me so! I will miss her hugs and kisses! Till we meet again!

I can count on my hands the number of times that I met Rose, but each time she was such a nice, special giving, person. The first few times I met her she brought me a loaf of special bread, and I will never forget how thoughtful that was. She was truly a special lady and will be remembered always. God bless her and may she rest in peace!
