Stephen died as he lived - full of lies and deceit and running away from his responsiblity as a father. He was a sinner and did not truly accept the Lord Jesus Christ in his heart. A good man? No - he did everything he possibly could to deny his only son; never once sending one single penny for support. He will burn in hell for all eternity for his sins and the heartache he caused to so many.

Stephen and I met at work and he was one the kindest and most sincerest person I have met.He was like a brother to me.I will miss him dearly.I believe he is in peace now.Your right he always lit up the room! We are never "over" a significant loss.We learn to live with the vacancy and create a new meaningfulness. "At first I was preoccupied with how he died. Then for a long time I focused on that he died. Now I'm remembering more vividly that he lived." My deepest sympathy to the family. Alyssa

    Dear George,

I'm so sorry for your loss. My Oldest Son is only two years younger than Stephen and I can only imagine how I would feel if he was gone. It sounds like he had a wonderful life during the short time he was with you and you have his child to watch grow. I just found out I'm to be a Grand Pa for the first time in October. I will miss the service as I'm on a two month trip around the US and currently in San Antonio, TX.

    My deepest condolences,

    Gary
