Simkhovitch, Steve born May 20, 1931, died Sept. 13, 2013. Born in Manhattan, NY, son of Stephen Simkhovitch and Sonja Stockstad. At a young age he moved to Winchester, VA where he always considered home. He was predeceased by son Michael Simkhovitch, survived by son Ronald Simkhovitch (Velma), daughter Judy Beckett both of Winchester, also a daughter Kathy Weber of Daytona, Daughters Deanna (Emery) Sims, Carla Long and son Rick Long. He worked in the automobile industry in Central Florida for most of his life. He served in the Air Force from the time he is 14 until he was 17. Then later re-enlisted in the Army. He was an active member of the Moose Lodge and the APA. He loved playing pool. He will be loved and missed by his family and friends.
