Thomas Patrick Bogan passed away peacefully at Legacy House in Ocala, FL on November 3rd, 2020. Tom was born in Newark, NJ on March 16th, 1945 to Mary McGuckin Bogan and Michael Joseph Bogan. He traveled the country through his many different careers, had many stories to tell from every chapter in his life and considered every day an adventure. He was a resident of On Top of The World and a proud member of Meadow Brook Church. He is preceded in death by Renee Bogan – his beloved wife of 50 years, his parents, sisters Maureen and Eileen and brother Michael. He is survived by Kathy Mansfield – his -perfect for him love that he wasn’t looking for but found anyway, his two daughters Lori Bogan and Kim Bogan, grandson Aaron Bogan, brother in-law Marvin Brooks and his significant other Lynn Kampf, his nieces Judy, Kat and Jennifer, his nephews and numerous friends he considered family. Tom woke up every morning and made each day “The best day possible”. He loved to laugh, play golf, help anyone in need, tell a good story and most of all his family. He loved life unapologetically and there is no doubt Tom will be remembered affectionately and continue to inspire those who were fortunate to have known and loved him.
