Tim was born in Rockford IL on June 6, 1975. He liked to travel and visited almost every state in the US.  He and his sister raised the Flag on the Arizona in HI. Tim and his cousins traveled through Alaska with his grandparents. He loved swimming and got his junior SCUBA certification in the Red Sea. He lettered in swimming at Lee’s Summit High School in MO and graduated from Somerville High School in NJ. He attended Bradley University in IL and then joined the Navy.

He resided in FL for many years and helped throw many hurricane parties with friends. In recent years he worked as an electrical contractor on projects at Universal, Disney World and new Orlando Police Department.

He is survived and sorely missed by his parents, Barbara and Steve Kelley in NC and his sister Christine Skee, her husband Kevin, and her son Kelley in CT, and aunts, uncles and cousins scattered across the US.
