Obituary

On Sunday, July 4, 2021, Tracy (Vitale) Murray, loving and devoted mother of two daughters, passed away at the age of 49.
Tracy was born on December 8, 1971 to Robert Vitale and Marianne McGrath, in Selden, NY and lived in Eustis, FL. She worked for the United States Postal Service for 32 years and held several managerial positions. Most recently she worked as District Plant Manager at the Mid-Florida P&DC facility in Lake Mary, FL.

Tracy is survived by her two daughters, Jessica and Sydney, her son-in-law Kyle, her parents Marianne & Dan and Robert & Geraldine, her sisters Lisa & Kim and several nieces.

A viewing will be held on Friday July 9, 2021 between 12:00pm – 4:00 pm at the Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home in Tavares, FL.  A mass service will be held at a future date.

    I worked under Tracy as my Postmaster for a few years until I retired in 2017. Tracy had a great rep-or with her employees. I could always go to her for any questions or concerns and her door was always open and ready to listen. You will be missed greatly.

    Words cannot express my condolences to Tracy’s family. I am so sorry for your loss. I was blessed to have Tracy as my PostMaster AND my friend at the Apopka Post Office. She was an amazing leader with great ambition, and truly cared for all her employees. I will miss her tremendously

    Tracy will be missed dearly. She was a loving and stubborn mother who would do anything for her girls. She was taken far too young but I know she'll take care of her babies from afar. Im so sorry this has happened. My heart is with you.
