Her passions in life included sewing and crafts; she made gowns for the Edison Pageant of Light, clothing for her family, and clothing and crafts for charitable sewing projects. She was our health and wellness guru, sharing knowledge and tips for homeopathic remedies and all natural solutions. Katie had an innate talent for joke and storytelling. She was a member of Church of the Cross, the American Sewing Guild and a past President of Beta Sigma Phi sorority.
