Obituary
Maria (Mary) Brenner, 95, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at home.
Mary was born on January 1, 1926 daughter of the late Ferdinand and Lucia Plati. She worked for many years in administration as a bookkeeper. She married Arthur Nathan Brenner on the 29th day of June 1968. Mary was a Eucharistic Minister and parishioner of St. Teresa’s Church. Mary was a very kind and gentle soul; she had a loving and generous heart, always giving to others.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Arthur in 1999; her devoted son, Charles D. Davis, son-in-law, Walter “Randy” Holt, grandson, Alan Colquhoun, and numerous siblings and loved ones.
She leaves beautiful memories to be cherished by her loving daughters; Mary Ann Colquhoun (Allan) Titusville, and Evelyn Marie Holt, also of Titusville. Her adoring grandchildren, Steven Holt (Noriko), Sherri Coleman (Mark), Donna Loor, Ann Marie Holt (Margaret), Karen Holt, John Davis, Jamie Moore (Iku) and John Colquhoun (Dawn). She was also Nana to 10 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren. Beloved sister to Lucy Scanapieco and Fred Plati (Sadie). Dear Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held Tuesday morning, February 23rd from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home, Titusville, 2400 S. Washington Avenue, then to St. Teresa’s Church, 207 Ojibway, Titusville, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm. Entombment will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 2116 Garden St., Titusville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Reflections (Hospice), 1250-B Grumman Place, Titusville, FL 32780, or St. Teresa’s Church.
