Obituary
Beloved daughter and sister, Kenna Tyler Anderson, 31, passed away peacefully with her mother and father by her bedside on 26 August 2023, in Daytona Beach, Florida. Born on 11 November 1991, Kenna was active in sports as a club and high school swimmer, a dancer, and a skier. A 2010 graduate of Cherokee Trail High School in Aurora, CO, Kenna was also on the POM squad. Of all her activities, her passion was dancing. Kenna was a bright and shining light in the lives of those who knew her. She had a unique gift for making anyone laugh with her goofy nature. Kenna loved deeply, and enjoyed movies, Legos and Harry Potter, which brought her joy and sparked her imagination. She adored her nieces and nephews and cherished the time she spent with them. A dance teacher, lifeguard and swim lesson instructor, Kenna also had a compassionate heart for helping children in need. She is survived by her parents, Ron and Jeanne Anderson of Daytona Beach Shores, FL; sisters, Megan Schmid, of Bailey, CO and Kristan Whitfield and husband Steve Whitfield of Pine, CO: and her brother James Fineman, of Coos Bay, OR; and three nieces and three nephews, of whom she loves and was especially fond of. Her kind spirit will be greatly missed. A service to celebrate Kenna’s life will be held at 2pm on 23 September 2023, at Three Trees Chapel, at 13416 W Arbor Pl, Littleton, CO 80127. https://www.threetreeschapel.com In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Children’s Hospital in honor of Kenna’s passions and values.
P.S. I’m a little jealous you got to meet Him first….
