Obituary
Nathaniel Paul Jackson, beloved husband, son, and friend passed away from a heart attack at the age of 34 on April 17, 2024. Nate was born on May 16, 1989, and grew up in Owensboro, Kentucky. Nate was an All-Star Kicker, Receiver and Tight end for Apollo High School Football. In 2015, Nate graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Management from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was competitive in bodybuilding and was Mr. Kentucky 2018. Outside of his passion for bodybuilding, nature, hiking, and fishing, Nate also pursued his true passion in aviation and became a pilot and flight instructor through Epic Academy in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
Nate is survived by his beloved wife and college sweetheart, Madaline Sill Jackson, and his beloved dog, Julius “Juce” Jackson. In addition to Maddy and Juce, Nate is survived by his father, Paul Jackson, mother, Angel Curtis (Brent), sister, Mallorie Butler (Brandon), half-sister, Carlee Curtis, half-brother, Brady Curtis, father and mother-in-law, Michael Sill (Ginny), sister-in-law, Christina Faulkenburg (Cody), grandparents, nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 11-12 pm with a memorial service to celebrate Nate’s life at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida with burial at Sea Pines Memorial Gardens in Edgewater, Florida.
