Obituary

Ralph Quentin DeVault, born in Columbus, Ohio, on November 12, 1942, passed away on July 23, 2024. He was a beloved husband, father, and friend, known for his vibrant personality and unwavering love for his family and community.

Ralph led a fulfilling career, starting with Driving for Coca-Cola, selling cars, and later becoming a dedicated Real Estate Broker for over 50 years. His work ethic and commitment were admired by many.

Beyond his professional life, Ralph had a passion for karaoke, often singing his heart out and bringing joy to those around him. He also cherished fishing trips to Canada with his brothers, a tradition they enjoyed every year. Ralph was known for his great sense of humor, making faces, and being a talkative and engaging person. His love for the Ohio State Buckeyes was evident as he never missed a game, showcasing his loyal spirit.

Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Julia DeVault, and children: Rhonda (Lance) Foster of Ohio, Kim (Brad) Hall of Ohio, Ralphie (Kate) DeVault of Ohio, Chuck (Jennifer) Baur of Ohio, Tracie DeVault of Texas, Stacie Holt of Texas, Stepsons Barry Workman of Tavares, Florida and Jeff Workman (Jackie ) of Alabama, and 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, whom he loved very dearly.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and brothers, Chuck and David.
